Lewis County Jail
The Lewis County Jail staff consists of five full time jail detention deputies. A jail administrator, sergeant and three deputy jailers. Lewis County can house 18 inmates in the facility and routinely houses arrests by Lewis County Deputies and Idaho State Police. Lewis County also has jail contracts for housing inmates from Nezperce County, Nezperce Tribal Police, as well as several federal police organizations.

Wednesday - 6:00PM-8:00PM
Saturday - 1:00PM-3:00PM
Sunday - 1:00PM-3:00PM
Be sure to bring photo ID when coming to the jail for visitation. Any juvenile coming to visit an inmate must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
Inmates have access to a telephone to make OUTGOING COLLECT CALLS only. If you call the jail, you WILL NOT be able to talk to an inmate.
To leave money for an inmate, contact the Sheriff's Office Staff. The only money accepted will be cash and money orders; NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Other materials such as books and magazines may be left for the inmates use, but may be required to be donated to the jail library.
